  Very nasty. The oil they cook in is very old and the chicken is dry. Never coming back here

  I used to love this restaurant, but the service & quality have plummeted. My last three orders either had something wrong, missing, or both. My most recent order I called to complain and the worker told me there was nothing they could do for me. I’ve complained to my credit card company and started the chargeback process.

  The level of incompetence displayed by the staff at this establishment is difficult to ignore. Orders are taken incorrectly, food items that customers pay for are routinely omitted, and attempts to correct mistakes are handled with little awareness or accountability. It is alarming that employees responsible for something as straightforward as preparing sandwiches seem unable to follow simple instructions or resolve basic errors. The overall impression is one of carelessness, poor training, and a complete lack of attention to the customer experience.

  Went in as a first time customer. Wanted to order the chicken tenders but was uncertain about the different spice levels, as other competing restaurants differ. I asked if there were samples. The cashier went into the back to prepare a sample of the Nashville Hot and Holy Hot Oil. He then, came out with their version of Nashville Hot and told me that " we don't have Hot Holy Oil at this moment." But when he came out with the Nashville Hot, the oil tasted burnt and there was little to no seasoning included. I've never experienced a version this bad or dark. He definitely gave me burnt oil. I know Shaq not out here with this misrepresentation. Major disappointment. Smh. I walked out without ordering anything. I will not return.
