  Welcomed immediately upon entering. Restaurant clean and quaint. Sister ordered classic beef and cheddar sandwich, mozzarella cheese sticks and drink. I ordered classic roast beef sandwich, jalapeño bites and drink. Requested both beef sandwiches shaved deli thin. Meal served fresh and hot. Excellent lunch.   Update: 3/2026. This is small but telling. It’s Retail 101. The 3 2nd gen Ford Escapes that are ALWAYS parked DIRECTLY in front of the door are employee vehicles. Retailing 101— you leave the best spots for customers… A small detail, but one that says a lot about the people that run this place. …. The food quality is fine. But Geesh, the service is terrible. The mgr waited on us today and clearly hates her job; I felt we should’ve apologized for being there.

  Very slow & rude service. The person behind me didn’t wait & then I eventually turned around too after being at the speaker & not being about to order my food for about 10 mins.

  I ordered the turkey bacon ranch supposed to come on a honey wheat bread but this is just plain white bread I think. They could've at least told me they were out of the bread when I arrived. The bread is partially why I get this particular sandwhich cause its really good! The sandwhich is still really good but doesn't hit the same without that honey bread. Staff were very nice and inviting when I walked in.

  Arby’s is always good hands-down never have a problem. Food is always fresh and hot atmosphere always welcoming customer service always good
