  I order the French dip royale meal and two spicy .buffalo chicken meals. The French Dip Royal sandwich was overcooked the cheese had completely melted off the sandwich causing the Carmelize onions to slide all over the wrapper. They first gave me a cup of carmelized onions, I asked what about the cheese and the bread. By the time I would have made it home the bread would've been to hard to eat. Not to mention the lack of meat or the shrinkage of the meat due to over heating. Instead of making the sandwich over they argued that the sandwich was made correctly that it had to be heated at a certain temperature, never once looked at the sandwich to see that it was poorly made and overcooked. I then asked for a refund and went to another location. At the other location the cheese was melted on the sandwich unlike the location on middlebelt melting the cheese off the sandwich so bad you couldn't even lick it off the wrapper. The meat was from end to end on the sandwich. It looked totally different from the location on middlebelt. From now on the location on Telegraph will be my first spot! It was such a waste of time. Me and my boys were supposed to come home eat and watch a movie together. Instead they had to eat their meal in the car so it wouldn't be cold considering the fries were barely warm, while I went to the other location to reorder. I should have refunded the whole meal but you know kids food is food. I wish I would have taken a picture but I have been in so much pain I was hurting and upset cause I had to get out of the car.

  We walked into the restaurant with no other customers in line. Waited at the counter while 3 employees were chatting and doing some food prep. Me and my husband waited for 2-3min waiting to see if we could place an order. Not one of them greeted us or said that they would be with us. One employee simply yelled "counter" and continued to work. We waited another min or two and no one took our order. We gave up and left. I normally have patience for restaurants when they are busy or low staffed. But this was a bit too long to wait, especially when we were the only ones in the restaurant.

  This as about as good as an Arby's gets. I will say that this staff does try to make a difference, and that makes it a goto around here and a worthwhile drive from the freeway. Good Cokes too. Best drive through option from a mile or two around.

  2 take out fish sandwiches.. Cold... If you're gonna cook them in advance at least take a minute to re drop it so you can pretend it's hot .. Gross.
