    They are horrible getting the order right, after messing up our frosty, they didn't give us our full order and had to go back through the window again. Never again

    Baconator had onions on it for some odd reason and it was the size of a smash burger. Tossed it and ate the fries. Culver’s will get my business from now on.

    This is the worse Wendy’s by far I ever been at! There was nobody in the drive through and they still managed to screw my order up! I’m starting to think they just hate their job in general! The fries were burnt and cold , 2 orders of fries, one was soggy and oily and definitely had been sitting out for a very long time the other was burnt to a crisp but cold I only managed to take one pic cause I threw the other ones out! It’s like they do this on purpose ! If you hate your job find something else to do ! I will never eat from this place again cause I’m positive they’re messing with your food!!!!

    Approached the drive-through speaker and instantly was greeted with a voice of attitude, resentment and unprofessionalism continue to order my food approached the first window and was told they had no brownie batter for my ice cream asked for Oreo and they said they where out of that. I asked for a refund on the ice cream. I no longer wanted it . I Was told I had to dispute that through the app another employee approached the window with the same attitude and poor professionalism and customer service as the lady on the speaker. I was dental told to go to the mobile parking spot to wait on my food. I waited 15 minutes for my food and was finally brought my order. I was handed the bag and my food was cold.. My sandwiches had no bacon in the two new wraps that I ordered had chicken nuggets instead of a chicken strip inside! I love Wendy’s, but this experience at this location has rubbed me the wrong way. There is room for improvement and should be action to get better as a place of customer service.

    Hello, I placed an order at this location on 03/14/2026 at 12:12pm. Receipt number is 1495916036 I spent 31.25. When I arrived at the drive thru line we were not greeted. When we told the lady we placed an order online and wanted to add another order at the same time she was extremely rude. We pulled up to obtain the order, the lady we dealt with was a white lady older thin. She had an attitude with an item that I placed on the app that they did not have in stock. The cookie batter chocolate Oreo frosty with extra Oreos and syrup. When I asked if I could get the frost in just Oreo with out the batter she rolled her eyes and told the other lady she was black to do it. They gave me a vanilla frosty with Oreo pieces on top. I was beyond confused as to why they would think that was equivalent to what I paid for, not just for that but for the extras. When I asked about a refund for that particular item, the white lady told me to go to the mobile pick up area and go to the app for the refund. She did not try to help or accommodate their mishap. We pulled around to the mobile pickup the same lady brought our food out and aggressively handed the order to us and walked away. Not an apology. Not can I give you something else. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I ordered 2 burgers and added bacon, both burgers did not have bacon. They did not provide sauces for the nuggets. What I ordered and paid for, was not worth it. The experience at this location left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never return. I however do want my refund for the bacon that was not placed on my orders and for the entire Oreo frosty that I did not receive at all.
