  They don't do table service here. Ever. I sat in the back of the building with the numbered table sign, expecting them to bring it to me like every other McDonald's does for table orders. After 15 minutes I asked about it, they pointed to a bag and said it's been ready for 10 minutes. Sitting there getting cold and they didn't think maybe I was sitting at the table waiting? They said they called the name and didn't notice it was table service. Which was a lie because the next time I was in, they still didn't bring it to the table.

  World class customer service from Martha at the drive through! Seriously some of the best service I've ever gotten from a dining experience. Martha deserves a raise!

  I’m not entirely sure what happened to service with a smile but if you don’t like your job, maybe you should find a new one.

  This McDonald’s always comes through. The staff is fast, professional, and actually friendly, which makes a big difference. My order was accurate, hot, and fresh, and the drive-thru moved quickly even during busy hours. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, and you can tell the team works efficiently together. It’s nice to see consistency and good customer service these days. Definitely one of the better McDonald’s locations I’ve been to. I’ll be back.
