    Paid for a bacon ranch Asiago chicken sandwich and got a plain chicken sandwich. I wouldn’t mind if I wasn’t overcharged for something I did not receive! The girl at the front couldn’t scan my QR code because no one would come to the front to log in, then didn’t get the receipt to asked for. I wouldn’t mind if I wasn’t wasting my money!

    Worker Aaliyah and Manager kierra is sure a blessing and both needs a raise asaoon as possible it's very hard to have and find workers who love helping their customers and they really need to be appreciate it to the up most!

    Ordered frosty fusions chocolate oreo brownie. Got to the windo and paid. They then handed me vanilla frosty's with some oreos at the bottom and no brownie mix. Then informed me they have no brownie mix and made new chocolate frosty's with small amounts of oreo on top not even blended in like it should be. I asked for a refund and was informed they can't do refunds on card transactions. I got a free frosty coupon and stuck with what they gave me. Never coming back to this Wendy's!!! Corporate has been called and a complaint was filed.

    Most disappointing drive thru meal in a while. I'm not sure fast food workers realize they are creating a person's meal that they are going to eat when they are working. Just wanted a single burger without ketchup, mustard, or onions. That's all. Instead, I get a cheeseburger, large fries, large drink. Didn't order a large. Didn't order cheese. Had to return the coke, it tasted like some sort of diet rootbeer or dr pepper with cherry concoction. Sprite was flat and tasted like Kool-aid. The fries were cold and floppy. The burger was overcooked and rubbery. The bun was stale, so I had to tear off the part that was hard. I was one of two customers so the store was not busy. I threw out the fries and most of the drink. Had to eat the sandwich because I hadn't eaten all day and I was out of money. Cost more than I thought because they gave me a large combo by default without even asking me. Learned my lesson. Wait for home and don't buy drive thru anymore, no matter how hungry I am.
