Couldn't tell you how the food is, cause I waited in the drive thru for almost an hour with nothing to show for it. Staff that is lazy and obviously don't know how to run a food line. Job is simple, I worked this job for many of years. Make food, put food in bag, give to customer. Yet they can't seem to get the hang of that.

I guess only 2 ppl showed up for work today & the two that did cannot handle being overwhelmed. Another two customers & myself were in the lobby when they kept announcing how ridiculous it was & how they needed to lock the doors.

The person said give me one second and never came back. We placed a mobile order and we left without our food or our money back.

Warm and fresh and handled my picky minus this and plus that order without getting anything wrong. The young lady at the window was super friendly and had a great attitude. Not a hundred percent positive but I believe her name was either Bella or just Bell. Drive thru moved very quickly even with about five cars in front of me. Very pleased
