  Came thru drive thru for noble order they made me hold on my order cause they didn’t see what it said then tolls me they no longer do pup cups I waited 10 mins for my old cold food I will never return poor customer service and management

  Awful service! Our Order was done incorrectly, I mentioned it before I drove away. She said it’s my job to check it on the screen and if I want it done correctly, I have to pay for another burger. Manager stated we needed to leave before she calls the cops. I was shocked! I said we will patiently wait while she calls. A few moments later, another employee came from the back, with our refund.

  Very rude guy at the food window. Tried to give me a 1/2 full sprite. I ordered a burger made with extra condiments and it seems they just took an old sandwich that had been made for a while and slapped a ticket on it. Fries were nasty cold… the worst McDonald’s. Burger was supposed to be extra pickle and onion…. And there were barely any onion and no pickles. My kids nuggets were rock hard…

  The only had 2 people in the whole store working and it took us over 20 minutes in the drive through. Complete waste of time.
