I had to go to the counter twice because they forgot to give me my food. The employees didn’t communicate or acknowledge the mistake and made it feel like it was my fault, even though I had already paid. They would stare at you, try to avoid you as much as possible, and then tell you to go to another person instead of helping. For customer service, I’d give 1 star. The atmosphere is also uncomfortable and creepy; I wouldn’t study here and wouldn’t recommend it.

Ms. Cashier, it is absolutely NOT okay to talk to customers any type of way. I certainly hope she is not also the manage, as she does not set a good example for the other employees.
