Waited almost 10 minutes because all of the coffee they were serving was cold and had been sitting there probably for who knows how long. When we made them aware of it, they had nothing to replace the coffee with but hazelnut. Their attention to detail and their lack of service is becoming a very common issue with most businesses. As for us, we probably will not going there any longer

The boy who took my order never asks for my reward number like other Paneras do, had to force him to put my number in. I ordered 2 different size lattes and received the same size. Took a sip of my latte and it tasted like water. Went back inside and the lady remade my lattes and they tast great.
