Ms. Cashier, it is absolutely NOT okay to talk to customers any type of way. I certainly hope she is not also the manage, as she does not set a good example for the other employees.

I had to go inside for help because the teen on the drive thru never came back. Over terrible! Multiple people were waiting to have things corrected when I got in! I was the only person in the drive thru when I arrived by the time I left the line was overflowing because of how inefficient the store is running. I got my money back and left!
