Ordered a cone and I watched them try to hand it off to the car infront of me so while I sat waiting for it, it melted until I got to the window. I should have asked to remake the cone but there was a line behind me and I didn’t want to hold anyone else up. I tried calling the store for a resolution and they didn’t even respond and disconnected the call. Sad ice cream day 🥲
