As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I honestly waited 45 min from the time I pulled into the drive thru line. And ended up leaving without my food... My time was with more than the $8 I spent on one cheeseburger and a coke! People were coming through the drive thru with their food.... What happened to my order? The nice girl working the window explained they were dreadfully under staffed and were slammed (expected on a Sat afternoon). She was frazzled!! I felt bad for them. The owners or managers should take better care of their employees! Also the building looked worn and in need of some sprucing up, paint was chipping and the place was just dirty... I had plenty of time to sit and view the worn out fence behind the place waiting for my food that never came ... Boo! You can do better!! 😒
