- DBDan BurdNov 16, 20252.0Order was wrong again. This seems to be a trend with Lapeer area fast food places and is the second time in a row at Arby’s. The girl at the window was not friendly at all and basically handed us our food and closed the window. I spent $48 and the order was wrong! I had also asked for marinara for my mozzarella stick, ranch for the steak bites and potato cakes and Arby’s sauce, Horsey sauce, and ketchup for our sandwiches and fries. We got absolutely NO condiments after asking for them TWICE (at the drive-through and at the window)! It’s hard to keep spending my hard earned money at a place that isn’t friendly and keeps getting the orders wrong. It’s gonna be a while before I try this place again.

It was honestly an ok experience. The cashier definitely didn’t listen to my uncles order and he had to make 2 separate orders, but again no major complaints

The only thing going for this country western themed fast-food joint, is the music style matches their over sweetened beer. Lots of patrons seated, eating in their vehicles. Dogs galore. You'd think you're right at home in the deep south. Be on the lookout for lynchings. Do not recommend!
