  Fast, friendly service. Stopped by with my wife and we each got the new Boxes, which are a great value. For some reason my Roast Beef sandwich had significantly less beef on it then hers, leaving me a bit hungry. I'll be trying it again because I'm assuming it was just a fluke. Eitherway, the staff was great and the restaurant was sparkling clean.

  Order was wrong again. This seems to be a trend with Lapeer area fast food places and is the second time in a row at Arby’s. The girl at the window was not friendly at all and basically handed us our food and closed the window. I spent $48 and the order was wrong! I had also asked for marinara for my mozzarella stick, ranch for the steak bites and potato cakes and Arby’s sauce, Horsey sauce, and ketchup for our sandwiches and fries. We got absolutely NO condiments after asking for them TWICE (at the drive-through and at the window)! It’s hard to keep spending my hard earned money at a place that isn’t friendly and keeps getting the orders wrong. It’s gonna be a while before I try this place again.
