  I would rate them less but our server was very kind. First of all, my hus and had an issue and ask for a manager because our server was new. It took the manager 25 minutes to come and address our issue and she was very rude. It took our food, wings and bottomless appetizers another 40 minutes to come out. Then, when they did, there wasn't even enough for our party of 7 to have one onion ring and one cheese stick. We immediately ordered more and it was another 25 minutes. All this time and our two orders of 30 wings still weren't out. We fo to BW3's often and this one is terrible. It is no wonder when you have a manager with such a bad attitude. When the wings came, they were boneless and we ordered boneless in wings. Never again, this place is a mess!

  Stopped by for lunch today. Overall it was a good experience. Our waitress was attentive and the timing of our appetizers and food was good. It's been a while since we have had BDubs bc we have had some poor experiences at other locations but since we moved back to Lapeer we wanted to give this location a try and I'm happy we did. We started with their bottomless appetizer option. We were surprised to see these were full appetizer portions. We went with the chips and queso, which is our favorite appetizer, and fried pickel chips. Both of us also ordered the Buffalo chicken ranch wrap with tater tots. The wraps were good sizes and had a good amount of chicken in them. Overall, we are happy with our visit today and will be back.

  I really wanted to like this place, but after two experiences I can’t recommend it. This time we were seated and waited over 20 minutes without a single server coming to the table. No greeting, no drinks, nothing. We eventually had to get up and find the manager ourselves. Unfortunately, she seemed completely uninterested and made no real effort to fix the situation. The frustrating part is this was actually our second attempt. A few months ago we ordered takeout and the food was so overcooked and fried that it was practically inedible. I honestly tried to eat it. When we contacted management then, we were told they were having “issues with the oil.” Between the terrible service this visit and the inedible food the last time, it really makes you question what’s going on behind the scenes here. After giving them two chances, and them missing the mark so badly I have genuine concern for the food safety at this location..

  Horrible service, ordered water at 1:10, didn’t get my water until 1:30, ordered our food after receiving water, food didn’t come out till 2:15, with the order not being correct. Bar tenders excuses “sorry we weren’t expecting to be busy” it’s Saturday what do you expect??! Lake Orion location hands down will always get my money from now on! If you had places to be I don’t recommend coming here to the Lapeer location!
