  Had coupons and didn’t tell them at the speaker honest mistake, but the attitude they pulled on me was no mistake they were peeved and I can understand I’ve worked in fast food I understand big orders are annoying. When they handed my card back to us and the food they tried rushing us out of there without letting us check the food, there was a line so I understood, I pulled into a spot on the side and checked the bags with my sister. We noticed they didn’t give us one of the 3 orders of potato cakes and instead gave us an extra curly fry. That wasn’t what we ordered so we came back around to get our correct food, the first little boy was there again and asked if it was even on our receipt which we triple checked we said yes and he got a manager working in the back. Her bad attitude ruined the whole Arby’s experience for me and my sister. She told us that she remembered packaging three potato cakes and we assured her that she put in an extra fry instead of and then she said she couldn’t be sure that we didn’t steal it. Let me say when I order food I expect it to be correct it wasn’t my choice to come back through and I do not steal food. The woman rushed off and grabbed a tiny bad and tossed it at us without even an apology or a have a good night. Your workers have no social skills and need to be reprimanded for accusing customers that spend money at your place of thievery.

  Fast, friendly service. Stopped by with my wife and we each got the new Boxes, which are a great value. For some reason my Roast Beef sandwich had significantly less beef on it then hers, leaving me a bit hungry. I'll be trying it again because I'm assuming it was just a fluke. Eitherway, the staff was great and the restaurant was sparkling clean.

  Used to eat there all the time but it seems like quality is way down now. It's been about two years since I ate there don't miss it
