  They left a hair in my frostee then proceeded to deny me my refund i want this place shut down no one should go here

  Stopped by the drive thru just to get a chili. There was 1 car in front of me and none behind. Happy to beat the lunchtime crowd. I saw a young lady put my chili in the bag while the car ahead of me was still there. The car left and Reginald, the young man at the window immediately turned his back to me without saying a word after the first car left. I waited almost 2 minutes before I tooted the horn twice. He did not turn around. He was doing absolutely nothing. The rest of the team was working. He turns around three minutes and eleven seconds later asks for my money and hands me the bag that I had been watching which contained my chili. Wth was that? He needs to stay home or quit if he doesn't want to work. I wonder how toxic the work environment is because of him.

  Very slow, sat in the drive thru for more than 30 minutes for breakfast, 15-20 just to order while waiting behind one vehicle, then 10 minutes for my food when it was just me as the other person got their coffee an left.

  Walked in today. Stood at the counter. Everyone walked by and ignored me. Finally someone came. I asked for the code to the bathroom but they gave me the wrong code so I walked back to the counter and again nobody there to help me all while the manager is just there staring at me so I finally walked out.

  Really craved some hot and crispy fries and a frosty and what I got in return is absolutely disgusting; placed my order after 25 minutes of waiting as they deemed drive thru and DoorDash was more important, decided to use the bathroom while I waited and found roaches inside the bathroom and lobby area, when asked they said it’s not normal but as I received my food I overheard the staff say it’s a normal thing for this location and that they are even in the kitchen and back of house and that they are trying to get it under control but are boraderline being shut down; This was only the start, the female manager decided to talk about smoking pot and drinking and that’s all the crew talked about while have a very disturbing and disgruntled attitude due to my questions. Poor and rude customer service, cold, old and mediocre food, I wish there was a good wendys around me, seems these are all ran by the same person, as it’s every wendys around me that is struggling
