  Went through drive thru. Guy walks around to the bathroom while we're at the window waiting to pay. Completely ignored.

  After waiting well, over 20 minutes for food when the food came out, it was made very quickly very sloppy and not properly. The bottom ends of all my tacos fell out because they weren’t properly made and were given shells that weren’t whole shells. I asked for a refund and they refused to give me one so I was forced to wait longer for my food and it wasn’t even that good. This is the worst Taco Bell in Lansing and IAfter waiting well, over 20 minutes for food when the food came out, it was made very quickly very sloppy and not properly. I asked for a refund and they refused to give me one so I was forced to wait longer for my food and it wasn’t even that good. This is the worst Taco Bell in Lansing and I will not be recommending this location to anyone else. I also recommend that no one else come here if you want decent food absolutely hated it!
