Nachos fries that was used were very old and hard no sauces given including the nacho cheese. On top of that there was a shortage of change in the drawer meaning I had to take less than change was due. Beware of this location. Approach with caution ⚠️ ⚠️⚠️ make sure to ok check your order before pulling away.

I waited 15 more mins at the store. The whole time all I heard was the manager yell at the crew bc she had no orders on her screen and that people were waiting in lobby. Then she made it clear she was only going to drive thru orders and not care to make the people that had been waiting over a half hour.

Could have offered a concession like an additional item instead of changing to something on the menu that was cheaper. One of ny chalupas had no sauce and it seemed like the shells were cooked an hour earlier. It took forever to get the food as well even though we were the only people in there. Not sure if they were training today or what but it was super disorganized. Would go to a different TB.
