  Was told at 4:10am to wait for day change so they could take my order, the manager said it’d be five to ten minutes. I understood as I work in food the process isn’t instant, so I waited 15 minutes and came back through just to be told the exact same thing. If they didn’t wanna take my order they could’ve at least pretended to be closed! Disappointed as I usually have great experiences here.

  Absolutely disappointing and SECOND time. I believe in giving people chances and trying at a different time. I went night and day shift. But nah they both made it the same way. And when it comes to money NO can’t be taking chances and experiments when it needs to be done right the first time. So I’m good not coming back ever again. Even though it’s near me. Shouldn’t have to travel far to get it right smh. They don’t know how to make items. The breading for the Chalupa isn’t suppose to be all pale almost white color and FLAT. Literally they see a picture of the items they work in Taco Bell daily. Like HELLO?! It’s medium brown color and has ridges to it. Why do they continue to make it sloppy and nasty and not cooked?? So never again this location. I’m good.

  I didn’t even wanna give one star but had no choice you go to these restaurants and spend money not 2 dollars but 40 and up and can’t even get the littlest thing you ask for pay attention to what the customer is asking for it’s not that hard the sauce is right at the window when I asked for it you have to have patience working in these fast food restaurants and if you don’t have patience please find another job

  Definitely do not come to this location pulled up to the drive-through The other night and some short Mexican guy at the drive-through smelt like straight liquor no wonder why it took them 10 minutes to get my food guy act like he could not understand my order at all. Will definitely be getting a hold of corporate on this one.

  Order my food and got it nice and quick. Food was good but everything was cold, my cinnamon twist wasn't really cooked Throughly cos it was super hard. If you are going through drive thru make sure they have your orders correct and have your sauce because I been having bad experience with drive thru especially when it comes to having sauce couple time I didnt get any sauce or id asked for sauce and have a large order and only gets 2-3 sauce. So I now if I go i just take the time and go inside.
