As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- JSJoe Simpson2 days ago1.0On the sign outside it says MVP meal 5 dollars. I was charged almost 8 last night when I ordered that meal. That's wrong on so many levels. I even brought up the fact that the sign, we could both see it from the drive through, said 5 dollars for the MVP meal and I confirmed that I ordered that with a small drink, no up charge for that, and they said sorry there's nothing I can do about it. I will NOT be returning to this restaurant. That's false advertisement. I don't know how they can get away with it.

The menu displayed products no longer available and the servers became defensive when the error was pointed out. During my meal I also had to listen to servers and managers repeatedly shouting profanity across the store while behind the counter. Very unprofessional.

- JSJuliana SaundersMar 14, 20261.0Honestly if it wasn’t for the super sweet lady who helped check me out and made sure I had fries when I pulled back around after realizing their was 1/4 of a container full… I would be beyond pissed. after spending $20+ on one big Buford meal and one big Buford and getting to my house only to realize I got two soggy disgusting burgers with olives on them…. Last and final visit. Biggest waste of money ever.
