  I ordered a 10 piece nugget with a milkshake and they gave me a happy meal with water and when i asked to correct it they just gave me a medium fry?? i know it’s mcdonald’s but i expected at least some listening comprehension

  Ehhh its mcdonalds. If it wasnt for my kids i wouldnt come to mcdonalds.

  Through the drive-thru I ordered an Iced Mocha with no whip, no chocolate drizzle, and added caramel drizzle. The first time they handed it to me it was in the wrong size cup, had whip, and had no mocha sauce. No problem mistakes happen. I reminded them of the no whip and so they took it back and lightly scraped off some of the whip and immediately handed it back to me. Still not what I wanted, and I got the impression that I was holding up their drive thru, so I pulled around, parked, and came inside to try and resolve the issue. While inside, I asked them if they could remake it with no whip, and to confirm that there is mocha sauce in the drink of which there was none in the first attempt. Once again, they remade the drink, except for this time there was still no mocha sauce and instead there was a pool of chocolate sauce on the top. By now, the fries that I had ordered were getting cold in the car and so I just had to call it a loss and leave because after trying to explain to the employees what was wrong with the drink, I genuinely believed that there no one in the building that properly knew how to make the drink. The kind woman at the front counter tried her best to communicate with her coworkers what was wrong with the drink, but other than that no manager or person making the drink was willing to come talk to me at the counter about what exactly I wanted. Also attached is a photo of the 'medium' fry.

  This is the best McDonald's I have visited. Friendly, clean and helpful. Mike even refilled my soda without me asking for it.

  I got hungry while running errands so I stopped at this McDonald's. A young man named Caleb took my order. He made sure that I got just what I ordered! He paid attention to the order details, acted professional, and was very kind to me. There should be multiple Caleb's at all of the fast food restaurants. Kudos
