  This locations NEEDS new leadership. I was shorted a fry, and the manner in which the lady responded to a problem is negligence. She asked for my order number. I responded with the number on the receipt and my mobile code. She said “that still doesn’t help”. I offered to bring the receipt to the window. She said “no, looks like you weren’t charged for a second fry”. Meanwhile my receipt reflects the charge. She argued “I bagged that order myself” and “I can see the order and there’s not a second fry”. I repeated “it is on my receipt”. We went back and forth needlessly. She then interrupts and says “Oh I couldn’t see that because of our system”. Certainly, there are candidates that possess problem solving skills and courtesy. Please consider a variety of candidates when promoting. I understand customer service is not easy, but no one should be treated based on previous bad customers and previous bad experiences.

  Service is always crazy slow. Multiple different occasions I've ordered online, come inside to pick up my food, and waited 5-10 minutes before even being acknowledged.

  Fifteen minutes to get a cup of coffee, although there were very few customers there and all of them were gone well before I got my coffee. I could have bought coffee and a coffee maker and gone home and made it myself faster than this fast food place. The reason was they forgot. Why would I ever go back to this place?

  Please do drug test your employees, especially the managers Every time I go to this place and order food, they send me around the corner to wait for half of my order; they always take forever, despite the fact that it's fast food. Today there was no line, yet they still sent me over there. I told them I wouldn't do it; the girl went and spoke to the manager, who then told me to move my car or she would issue me a refund, claiming there were cars waiting behind me. Someone needs to drug- test that girl—I stood there for 15 minutes while they processed my refund, and not a single car ever pulled up behind me. In all that time, they could have made two cheeseburgers—which was exactly what they had sent me to wait for in the first place.

  Came through last night and ordered 2 Big Macs and a quarter pounder. Nobody was in front of me in line and I waited 10 minutes for my 3 burgers. 2 people pulled into line behind me and got their order through the “pay here” window and drove away before me. When I finally got my order after waiting I drove the 2 minutes home, bit into my Big Mac and it was cold which made me wonder if they gave me an old one when I was told it was being made and that’s why I was waiting? Also received 3 Big Macs (not what I ordered) and the third one didn’t even have everything on it, it was missing a whole patty and toppings( see picture). The bottom bun was also upside down? Like what was going on for it to be messed up so bad? I called before opening the third burger and they said I’d get a free Big Mac and quarter pounder next time, but then I started looking at the reviews and seen someone found a safety pin inside their McFlurry?? Might not come back on my own terms, but only for my boyfriend to get the free burgers he didn’t get to enjoy properly the first time. So disappointing after a long day at work, just wanting something quick and easy to eat.
