- SWStephanie WhitbyApr 4, 20261.0I walked up here to go to McDonald’s in at 6:30 and the afternoon on Saturday. The lobby doors are closed in the lobby if it’s closed. I guess is God’s way telling me I don’t need to eat at McDonald’s.

When I tried explaining to her what my order was. She rudely interrupted me and said I wasn't getting my order and I would have to go through the app to get my money back... its been over a week since I ordered and still haven't received my $15.40... I've never been told I have to go through the app to get my refund from McDonald's before.
