  They might as well shut this location down 😂 it’s literally bad from the staff to the wait times it’s ridiculous they do to much playing around instead of getting food out to customers, I ordered 2 sausage McMuffins and a medium smoothie and was asked to WAIT at #1 I parked & sat for 30 MINUTES while drive through was getting food but I ordered way before them and most of them were getting plenty bags I go inside and I wait a additional 15 minutes just for them to not even have my order anymore so she retyped it and had me wait another 5 minutes after plenty people at drive through were getting sausage McMuffins and their orders before me . Then she gets upset at the person on the register because I paid for a medium and she gave me a small. Luckily I had to be to work and just accepted it but honestly worst experience ever .

  Terrible manager. Waited a long time and I was the only one in the lobby. Never go to that McDonald's again.

  I've given this place many tries and every time they screw something up. Wether it's not giving out receipts and then missing items in the order and saying there's nothing they can do about it when you go right back inside haven't even had a chance to eat your food yet, or ringing up your order wrong, making you have to repeat yourself about ten times just to get the receipt and it's still wrong, plus there the extensive wait time before anyone even comes on the speaker to take your order. The service inside is just as bad, you can barely get helped unless you basically yell at them and get upset. The employees seem completely miserable and most of them have an attitude. This is the worst service I have experienced in a very long time. The food is also constantly just coming out like it was thrown around or is absolutely dripping in grease. Any other McDonald's I've been to has had no problem keeping these issues under control, and I have worked at a McDonald's before and know that it's not that difficult to make a sandwich that isn't a complete mess and that isn't covered in grease.

  I waited in line for about 30 mins nobody helped me in the drive thru this is the second time this has happened and now I came in side and nobody is helping there is 10 people in here get better workers or help this is truly disappointing
