  They hire people who barely even know how to follow simple instruction. And they’re all adults 🤣🤣🤣🤣 wait for a year just for your food to be given to someone else and the manager tells you “well someone took your order”

  I was so angry waited 10 mins for a double cheese burger and cold fries. Man at the register in drive through reaching in his pants in his underwear while taking my payment! When brought up to management I stated the guy was acting high and they admitted to the employee being in recovery! Don’t go there

  I don't think I've ever had a pleasant experience at this mcdonald's. Whether I'm going through the drive thru or ordering on Uber eats, they always mess something up. The staff and management clearly don't care about quality or friendly service. I understand it's mcdonald's and no one is going here for a fine dining experience, but there should still be some care. Especially when it comes to specific requests, or special offers. Let's be real no ones ordering special meals just to get the fresh and nuggets we always get. Not getting the seasoning packets for the frys with no communication from the restaurant is frustrating. Mcdonald's clearly doesn't care about it's customers.

  Pulled up to 7 cars parked waiting for food in the drive thru. Made our order, got to the cashier window and paid at 2:25 PM per the receipt. Got parked as the 8th car waiting for food. They proceeded to park another 6 cars after us as food was slowly brought out to the cars parked before us. 30 minutes later at 2:55 went in to the lobby to figure out what was going on as we were the last car parked and nothing had been brought out to us. They had given our food to someone else and said they would start to remake our food now. Insisted on a refund and left without any food and went somewhere else.

  Its 30 degrees outside and they have these huge fans on and I asked then to turn them off that if I was cold the kids in the playland were too. Then I see my son has his arms inside his T shirt. We come here a lot. Sad to see such poor service. We waited forever for our food and so did the couple next to us. Table were all dirty. Do BETTER!
