We went out for date night last night and decided to try Tuscana despite the buzz we’ve heard we not have a great experience. We started with the Brussel sprouts which were tasty but under seasoned (Btw you spelled pork wrong on the website, lol) I ordered the “wagyu” flat iron and was deeply disappointed, I’m sure it was still a quality cut but after having wagyu several times I’m certain this wasn’t it, very chewy and I found it difficult to cut with the supplied steak knife also just bland, there was a up charge for the sides and it still came covered with watermelon even after asking for it not to be. My girlfriend ordered the gnocchi which also fell short, she didn’t complain to me about it but I could tell she didn’t like it and ate less than half The drinks were good and the broccolini was great! But overall just underwhelmed considering the price point $195 for a mediocre meal

I’m not someone who normally goes out of my way to leave a review, but after this experience I feel like I have to. I took my girlfriend out for a nice dinner, and we genuinely thought this restaurant would be a good choice. I’m from Mount Pleasant, Michigan, so it was over an hour drive to get there. We both ordered the Wagyu flat iron steak, and it was honestly disappointing from the moment it hit the table. Both steaks were cut into random, uneven pieces, and despite ordering mine medium, it came out bright red. On top of that, the steak was incredibly chewy, nothing like what you’d expect from Wagyu. I really wish I had taken photos because it was that bad. I ordered fries as my side, and somehow the watermelon was placed directly on top of them. I’m no chef, but putting watermelon on top of fries is just… gross. My steak was also sitting on top of the caramelized onion purée, and the fries were mixed into it too. The whole plate just felt poorly assembled and unthoughtful. Overall, I’ve never been more dissatisfied spending money at a restaurant. I genuinely would’ve been happier going to Texas Roadhouse. For a $172 bill, I expected far, far more. Honestly, I would’ve rather gone to the store, bought a steak, and cooked it myself. I’m extremely upset I wasted the money, especially on a special night, only to leave feeling completely disappointed.

We made a reservation for 3 people and still had to wait 20 mins for our table. The wait staff was not that attentive, one of our dishes came out and after 10 mins. I asked it be taken back until the rest came out. After we were waiting another 10 mins., we were told that they were “out of” another if our dishes. We were finally served about 40 mins after we had been seated. They offered half of the dish to replace the other dish. Also, they comped dessert that we didn’t even want . For the prices, I was expecting a more “upscale” experience! Do not recomend.

I normally don’t write reviews — I typically go straight to corporate — but this experience was so unacceptable that I felt it necessary. From start to finish, this restaurant provided below-basic service. To begin, the staff showed a complete lack of knowledge regarding the menu and pricing. I placed a simple take-out order: Caesar salad with salmon and artichoke with scallops. For reasons that were never explained, this totaled $176.00. We paid anyway, hoping the food would reflect the price. Unfortunately, it only went downhill from there. After waiting over an hour, I received mushy, undercooked salmon served over random vegetables I did not request. The Caesar salad was completely dry — no dressing on it or anywhere in the bag. The artichoke with scallops looked even worse. Our server, Ella J., later brought a sauce cup with Caesar dressing smeared all over the outside. I requested to speak with a manager. She said she spoke to him, but he never came over; instead, he walked back and forth through the restaurant looking visibly irritated. We eventually approached Kyle Hadden, the Restaurant Manager, ourselves. I asked if Ella had informed him that we needed to speak with him, and he lied and said no — with noticeable disregard. I explained that our entire order was incorrect and that we were completely dissatisfied. I simply asked for a refund. He voided the order with an attitude, offered no apology, and made no effort to correct or address the situation. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. From the poor communication, and lack of professionalism to the unacceptable food quality that took a entire hour to arrive, this establishment failed at every level.

I was a bit shocked how incredible limited the menu was. NOTHING as advertised on their website! Not even half of the menu!?! So I thought with this few of options they must be incredibly delicious! NOT EVEN CLOSE! Ordered the bread board it was ok because I was starving when I got there but honestly the Focaccia was more like Detroit deep dish crust no airy holes or texture and the sourdough was basically the same just a different shape. Not what I’m used to making at home but the olive oil was tasty. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. Meatballs and noodles were cold, so then I ordered the sage fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken the plate was nice and hot but the noodles were barely lukewarm, very dry and zero sage and the chicken was rubbery like it was microwaved , ordered the salmon and got bones in 2 of the 5 bites of the tiny 3oz piece of salmon that was supposed to be cooked medium rare but so rare it was more like sushi the skin was like a thick strip of slimy kids toy, the cauliflower was raw hard, the sauce was tasty but cold. Ordered chocolate mousse for dessert and it tasted like a gritty cookie dough. The Pinot noir was good as usual and the dragonfly drink was delicious and our waitress was wonderful but the food was absolutely disgusting for $160 for 2 people !!! NEVER AGAIN! I’ve never been fond of the Olive Garden 🥴but I can honestly say it’s waaaaay better than this place 100%! DEFINITELY WARNING EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS PLACE!! Major disappointment!!!
