  On 02/01/2026 at 11:02 AM, I had a very poor experience at the Subway inside Meijer. I was not greeted, the employee was dismissive and condescending, and basic questions were met with silence and gestures instead of explanations. When I chose not to continue the order and wished her a good day, she stuck her tongue out at me. This location has a pattern of poor service, and this was not an isolated incident.

  Came in ordered a sub, attempted to pay with brand new gift cards purchased at Kroger in West Lansing. Was told they wouldn't work and he didn't know what to tell me. No asking a manager, no attempt to contact someone who knows what's going on. Just "I don't know what to tell you" 😂 . Your company is losing the business, I'm not losing any money. I refuse to pay with my cash. I was only getting a subway sub because of the gift card. I wasn't coming to subway because of steller service or quality food.

  I ordered from this subway instead of another one. called 2 seconds after i made the order, the guy on the other end of the phone told me they could refund me the next day. the next day arrives and now im being told that i can’t be refunded. the lady over the phone was extremely rude about it . so basically their customer service is horrible and they like to rob people.
