Tonight was met with a clearly open restaurant during posted open hours, and a locked door and no employee in the lobby. After the employee reappeared 10 minutes later I dragged my toddler out of the car for a second time. Knocked on the door, child in hand, multiple times before the employee shook head and signaled that things were closed, despite any other signage or indication. I love supporting local, this was a poor experience.

I would have been fine waiting if they had acknowledged that I was there and waiting instead of ignoring me, that's just not good customer service

I asked if they had the ingredients to make an Italian BMT... he says no were out of ham. I asked him what he would substitute of equal value. He said he couldn't do that. So I asked do I get a discount on my sandwich if you aren't willing to add a different meat in it's place? He said I can't do that either. I responded so I'm supposed to pay full price and recieve a partial item? He goes I can add another meat for an upcharge! I said do you have a manager on staff, no. I said you tell the owner he will get NO SALE INSTEAD! Now I'm at Falsettas enjoying pasta. Unless this owner personally responds I WILL NEVER WASTE MY TIME HERE AGAIN.. Update* So I took the time to read other reviews and SEE A TREND! I will be calling corporate to report this mismanaged facility. I can't believe how many 1 star reviews there are!!!
