- AKA KWMDec 6, 20251.0My friend ordered a bowl today with a shell bowl. The shell was not cooked properly. It is doughy and soft. We are working and cannot leave to get a replacement meal. We sent one worker to get everyone’s orders. She called back to let them know and a man answered who claimed to be the manager on 12/6/25 at 1:00 pm. He argued with her and said it didn’t matter if the shell is uncooked because it is, “complimentary,” and accused her of trying to get a free meal. She’s entitled to the meal she paid for. I love Qdoba and so does everyone at work, but we can’t patronize a place that disrespects customers.
