My grilled cheese was NOT grilled it was microwaved. It was the worst grilled cheese I’ve ever had. No napkins or silverware were in the bag. He gave us our bag and closed the window.

It’s in a pitcher where water is melting in my drink and is now diluted with water. So I had to pour off the water first before I got my drink. Nathan, who is the assistant manager took my order and has the personality of a speed bump. Even the furniture is in disrepair. Very sad!

Every sandwich my husband and I get here is always wrong to some extent. This morning they forgot bacon on a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich.. oh and also they’re apparently not baking their own bread anymore and are instead receiving it frozen or something. Just so done with Panera.
