    I just ordered a you pick two from here, and unfortunately my sandwich was made wrong, even after having to wait some time in the drive thru. I know it was a complicated sandwich with a lot of modifications, but considering the ticket was all accurate I'm not sure how it was an issue. Person at the drive thru was nice, but again, just disappointing for how expensive everything is.

    Drive-thru is always slow and there is this guy at the window cashier always gives unfilled cup like half seriously 🤦‍♀️

    Took 40mins to get fresh coffee that wasn't hot? Strange, but lot of work to be done here compared to genesee and Oakland County cafes up and down i75 between Detroit and Flint which are my normal cafes

    Normally I think the staff at this location are some of the best in the state. This morning I ordered the oatmeal with strawberries and pecan crunch. Out of strawberries. Ok. I was offered a substitute of bananas. Then was told I’d have to pay extra WHY?! you are already giving me a product lacking an ingredient without lowering the price But you want to charge me MORE? I spoke to 3 people and got the same answer Very disappointed
