    Currently been waiting an hour for food and no end in sight. No managers checking in or on the floor. Took 20mins for drinks to arrive from 3 different servers. Not sure what happened on 1/9/26 for dinner service but it was horrible. We won’t be back to this location.

    Waited for our online order for over 45 minutes. When my husband called. They put him on hold for 10 minutes. Then hung up on him. They took money out of hos account before we even had our food. Very disappointed.

    Called days prior and made a reservation only to find out they really don’t take reservations. Waited a long time just to be seated, then waited for drinks/bread, then waited for salads. Waited a long time for entrees, which were barely warm. Steak dine perfectly for some, but was not hot. Filet was tough. Mashed potatoes were barely warm. Highly disappointing experience. Probably crossing this steakhouse off our list. Too many good options in the area. Sad to see such a lack of customer service/kitchen help. However, Chelsea, our server, was very pleasant and extremely apologetic. Too bad Outback put her in that position. Things were obviously out of her control. From the time we walked in until we left, it was 2 1/2 hours. And they were not busy. Lots of empty tables when we walked in, and mostly empty when we walked out. So disappointed!!

    My family and I made a reservation to come in for new years for an early lunch. When we arrived little before 1530 and checked in for our reservation, we were told that there was no reservation for our party. Some family members spoke with a manager and we were finally sat about after 30 min. When we were sat at our table, we were not greeted by anyone and had to ask a server passing by for help and to let them know that we have not been helped yet. Our server Chelsea was attentive, kind, and definitely did an excellent job doing her best at making our experience as positive as possible. However, we were at the restaurant for over 2 hours, going on to about 3 hours, were served lukewarm and cold food, and were overall disappointed with the experience. Though there were some larger parties happening while we were trying to dine, the restaurant was not full and there were plenty of seats open and observed about 3 other servers on the floor. This has not been our first dissatisfied experience at this location where we have made reservations and we still had an obscene wait time or ended up leaving to go else where. We consecutively agree as a group that Chelsea was the one redeeming factor of our lunch until dinner experience of the evening.

    I always try to give a few 2nd chances before complaining like this but for the prices that are charged for food here it’s time. I placed a takeout order tonight and was sitting in the carside to go spot for almost 20 minutes past my pick up time. While the food portions are good, my steak was super overcooked. I asked for medium well and not a touch of pink, overdone to the point where it was dry. It’s disappointing to pay $30 for a meal that is that poorly prepared. The two stars I did give are for the portions and the people are always friendly.
