Went to get food for the family and they were out of almost everything at 4pm! We ordered a BigMac and that instead of a patty they put chicken and didn’t even get the drink! We didn’t ask for that! The other two orders they were out of bun and substituted for different buns, ok no problem.. but they messed up the whole order. We also ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal and didn’t even get that meal! We called the store and Angela (manager) answered the phone rudely and we explained what happened, she started yelling and it upset us and we are like how do you put chicken on a BigMac and when we asked for her name she would not give it. Mid conversation she hung up the phone on us. I call back and got Victor (another manager) and I explained what just happened and he didn’t care! I told him that their customer service skills are not good and they need training. He also did not want to give his name and asked if I was the police, I stated that I’m going to report you two to corporate! They should not be managers. As I was asking what are they going to do about the food we already paired for, he said I could come in a pick it up, I said I live further out in Eaton Rapids and he says why were you out here and I said because I was in town, can’t you write my name down so I can come later on a different day to get the meal.. he started getting loud and hung up the phone on me. I tried to call back and they did not answer!this McDonald’s is a joke and they suck at customer service, suck at managing period! They do NOT NEED TO BE HANDLING A CREW WHEN THEY CANT HANDLE CUSTOMERS CORRECTLY! They can’t even get orders right and miss a whole meal! I got their names through some other people but they should be fired! Not good for business at all! All these 1 star reviews should speak volumes to the owner! Which I could like to speak with! This is ridiculous and not ok!
