GET LUNCH HERE IF YOU DONT MIND WASTING MONEY!
I place an online order and got it, I'm sure it was accidental but I bought extra nuggets and did not get them, so I get back in line and waited... and waited... and waited. Meanwhile at LEAST 3 other customers come back in after receiving orders and they're all missing one or more items. Now there's an ARMY of people standing at this counter waiting to get the stuff WE PAID FOR and none of the employees will even approach the counter! Eventually one came up to give somebody their food and she was seriously right about to turn right back around without seeing why everybody else was ganging up on the counter! We grabbed her attention and everyone finally got their food but my whole lunch, spare the new nuggets, was ICE cold by the time I returned. Waste of time and money!

I will never come back. I’ve never seen it take so long for people to get their food. Looking back at the review where someone got a safety pin in their ice cream I now wish I’d never stopped here to begin with.

Ordered on the app and waited 15 min in the curbside line, then tried drive through and they told me I’d have to come inside, eventually got my food and it was cold. This store is really giving the mlk one a run for its money on being the worst McDonald’s in town

Since when did you need to pull forward and wait at McDonald's for 4 piece nuggets, small coke and small fries?!?!!! Wasn't McDonald's founded on the quickest fast food service in the first place?! They are NOT Cluvers and they are not equipped to manage multiple orders to be dropped off at cars. No system at all, I watched my food get cold while the girl came out and searched for who's order went where for 6 cars they had "pull ahead" before she got to me. And the Extreme increase in pricing makes them not an inexpensive choice for any meal now. The cost, value, taste are NO LONGER THERE. I will not be back here or any McDonald's and im deleting the app.
