- KDKylee Dluzen2 days ago1.0Came through last night and ordered 2 Big Macs and a quarter pounder. Nobody was in front of me in line and I waited 10 minutes for my 3 burgers. 2 people pulled into line behind me and got their order through the “pay here” window and drove away before me. When I finally got my order after waiting I drove the 2 minutes home, bit into my Big Mac and it was cold which made me wonder if they gave me an old one when I was told it was being made and that’s why I was waiting? Also received 3 Big Macs (not what I ordered) and the third one didn’t even have everything on it, it was missing a whole patty and toppings( see picture). The bottom bun was also upside down? Like what was going on for it to be messed up so bad? I called before opening the third burger and they said I’d get a free Big Mac and quarter pounder next time, but then I started looking at the reviews and seen someone found a safety pin inside their McFlurry?? Might not come back on my own terms, but only for my boyfriend to get the free burgers he didn’t get to enjoy properly the first time. So disappointing after a long day at work, just wanting something quick and easy to eat.
