- JSJustin Spehar2 days ago1.0All I ordered was a large caramel frappe. After waiting at the window for a good 5 minutes they bring me a smoothie, told them it wasn’t mine. Another 5-10 minutes later they hand me a mocha frappe (tastes like crappy frozen hot chocolate) and it was in a large cup, but barely half full. Would like my money back, but that’s apparently not an option.

Lately, they have been out of food or drinks, I've received the wrong order several times and just this morning I waited in the drive through while 3 cars were helped from the other lane but not even an acknowledgement of myself being in the lane at the order box. I will definitely need to find a new place for breakfast.

Minus well tell you people to pick at random because that's what you do. NEVER ordering from this place again. I mean it really sucks someone can't read order. Hard working money down the drain. Wont even get a resolve from this. TYPICAL WASTE OF FOOD
- IIIzzayNov 5, 20251.0Every employee needs to be fired and the owner needs to start over. Went through the drive through and was greeted with “What you want?” I payed and was told to pull up, was not given my receipt and there was 4 cars in front of me also waiting. After 30 minutes the cars in front of me left without their food and I went in to get a refund. No one said anything and I waited inside for 15 minutes for someone to come to the register. I cannot fathom that there is a less efficient way to run a restaurant. I’m not sure any of the employees are literate. They all stood around like they didn’t know where they were. Insane lol no one should go here and if I were the business owner I would be concerned.
