  I drive an amen to get a breakfast between fares they made me wait for 30 minutes I was almost late to my next call and I wasn't able to get my breakfast

  At 12 today the lady at the back window who took are order was terrible. We had to order 3 times and she still got it wrong. We got to her window paid for our food and she was on her phone and drinking. It is very unprofessional and a health violation, I know from prior experience working at another location it is strictly not allowed to drink anything on the floor because it is a health violation and definitely not allowed to be on your phone.

  Avoid this location at night at all costs! My friends and I placed a mobile order at 11:30, arrived at the drive thru at about 11:45 (it was drive thru only, they were not letting people in.) Long line, we finally get up to the speaker, they say we’re not taking any orders until 12. I said well we already placed the order and paid on the app.. she said nope not until 12. So we waited in the parking lot until 12. Then we pull back up to the speaker at 12 like could we get our mobile order now? She said no we’re not taking any orders until 12:30. How can you make us wait there just to say no we still can’t take your order. There was nobody even in line!! And the app ALREADY took our order and money?? Ended up having to cancel the order and wait for some days until a refund is issued. Stop saying you’re 24 hours if you’re not gonna serve anybody, that means you’re closed. Not that complicated. Employees are rude and dismissive, just standing around in there making money doing nothing.

  Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes, 15 at the speaker with no line. 1st window person was great and friendly, person that gives food basically thru it into my car. Id avoid and go down the road farther.

  I work late nights and get out of work around 2:30 AM. The last week or so I've tried to get JUST A DRINK at the McDonald's located at 4015 West Saginaw Highway in Lansing around 3 AM. The store says 24 hours, so I placed a mobile order on the way there. And every single night except on one occasion they've turned me down despite me already placing the mobile order. Tonight they said they're only taking delivery orders at 3AM. I told them that my order is a mobile order and it's only two drinks and the man on the speaker said "well it's not my call." This is unbelievably frustrating.
