- JSjennifer scott6 days ago1.0My husband and I have stoped their twice to dine in. The last time the Manager John was very rude and loud with the employees! Also note only 3 people in the dining area waiting for their food. I wait almost 10 mins for John to take my order because I did know how to use the automatic food order prep thing. So anyways today same and worse experience with Mananger John. John refused to take my order until "he was all caught up!" Manager John was also not following Serve Safe Rules as I waited. Definitely will not be going back!

Tried ordering, he automatically put it as a large meal and told me I was getting barbecue sauce then without asking if that was all, he tells me my total and switches to the other speaker without allowing me to get a single word in. Instead of wasting your time here go to the McDonald's Jolly and Okemos 2 miles away.
