  I went to this McDonald’s on 1/11/2026 and I was waiting on a DoorDash order and I was never addressed or greeted for over 15mins until a an employee who looked like me said something. How ever the short Latino decent woman with black long hair(that was not in a hair net) wore black glasses and was very rude to me she treated me like I was going to steal the order she wouldn’t even hand me the order until I showed her the phone. However a different dasher who was white was able to come in and grab the order and mine without her checking to make sure the order was correct. After I stated the order the manager confirmed that the previous dasher picked up the wrong order and when I asked her to have it remade she refused and told me that DoorDash had to call to have it paid for when it was her fault as to why the order was taken in the first place! DoorDash called the store and this woman had the phone in her hand and watched it ring and refused to answer I was watching her the entire time. After I told her that DoorDash just called she rolled her eyes and sent a different employee to handle the situation that she refused to take accountability for. I contacted McDonald’s several times and their customer service was terrible no one cares about how their employees treat others especially black customers. I was treated so unfairly simply because of the color of my skin. I would not recommend anyone buy anything from This McDonalds especially if you are African American and once o confirm the name of the manager I will be posting her name and photo so she will held accountable! McDonalds you should be ashamed of yourselves!

  On the occasion that I want McDonald's, I drive past the one closer to me to get to the Larch St location. The food has been fresh and fast every time. I don't normally leave reviews for large franchises. That's how much better this one is.

  I’ve been there twice in the last week and no one seems very happy to be there or to know how to do their jobs. On Christmas, I ordered food for my family. I had to give the food back twice as they gave me someone else’s order. When I left there I received 2 more drinks than I ordered AND pies that were not part of my order. This morning I ordered breakfast. While at the window, they tried giving me multiple drinks after me telling them I did not order drinks just food 😳🙄

  I waited over 30 mins for 2 happy meals a burger and some grinch fries. When I went to the counter to request they canceled my order the work asked "well, did you ask about your order?" I said "No, I have been wating over 30 min for my order, please canceled my order." She rolled her eyes and walked away. Then a few minutes later what I'm guessing was a manager came up asked what I was waiting for and she said it will be coming soon. They refused to cancel my order. I waited 5 more minutes and then they finally gave me my order. While I was in the store they were giving out partial orders they forgot some milkshake. Completely ridiculous.
