  Just stopped by this McDonald's in Lansing MI I was traveling for work and stopped real quick because it was freezing Waayyy too cold for me Kept it moving

  Everytime I go to any of these McDonald's they can never get my breakfast order right it's sad and so simple and I end up adding xtra breakfast sauce which IM CHARGED FOR mind you and every freakin time THEY GIVE ME NO BREAKFAST SAUCE ON MY BREAKFAST SANDWICH!!!!!! MCDONALDS SUCKS!!!

  I order DoorDash my first order came incorrectly, I called and placed another one, the manager thought it was okay, to play, with my food and not put a bun on my sandwich.

  I went to this McDonald’s on 1/11/2026 and I was waiting on a DoorDash order and I was never addressed or greeted for over 15mins until a an employee who looked like me said something. How ever the short Latino decent woman with black long hair(that was not in a hair net) wore black glasses and was very rude to me she treated me like I was going to steal the order she wouldn’t even hand me the order until I showed her the phone. However a different dasher who was white was able to come in and grab the order and mine without her checking to make sure the order was correct. After I stated the order the manager confirmed that the previous dasher picked up the wrong order and when I asked her to have it remade she refused and told me that DoorDash had to call to have it paid for when it was her fault as to why the order was taken in the first place! DoorDash called the store and this woman had the phone in her hand and watched it ring and refused to answer I was watching her the entire time. After I told her that DoorDash just called she rolled her eyes and sent a different employee to handle the situation that she refused to take accountability for. I contacted McDonald’s several times and their customer service was terrible no one cares about how their employees treat others especially black customers. I was treated so unfairly simply because of the color of my skin. I would not recommend anyone buy anything from This McDonalds especially if you are African American and once o confirm the name of the manager I will be posting her name and photo so she will held accountable! McDonalds you should be ashamed of yourselves!
