My husband ordered online through JJ website. The order was routed Uber, then the Uber driver who was supposed to pick up the order, canceled the order. My husband called this JJ outlet to check if it was canceled. They confirmed it was not canceled. I came down to pick up the order, only to find that it was canceled. So I tried ordering the same order again, but their paywave was not working/accepting my card for whatever reason, idk. I called my husband to place the order online since I didn't have my physical card. He sent me the order number. I waited 20 mins by their online pick up counter. Until finally a staff asked me if he could help me. I told him I'm waiting for my husband order and it was under the _ name. In which the first lady who helped me chimed in very I told her it was canceled. Oh yes, and then he told me they didn't receive it and it was cancel. You know except they had the exact same order packed and ready in a completely differently place which is not where their online pickup orders is. Would have been helpful if the order than I waited for so long had been placed where the pick up order is. But wait. They got allll the orders wrong. Fantastic. 👏👏👏 There was cheese in the bread there shouldn't have cheese. There was peppers in an order that didn't even originally had peppers. 2 out of the 3 sandwiches was wrong. Never ordering from this outlet again.

I usually always shop here, and I am driver for Cata Transportation and have never had a issue until today. I usually come in and politely ask to use the restroom and then order a sub meal. The lady at the counter told me "sorry there are no public restrooms" so I looked at her funny and said "There are no public restrooms?" I proceeded to walk past the bathroom and there were no signs stating their restroom was closed to the public. I Always shop here, every time that I come in. This young lady was white, and I am a African American man. I know she was racially profiling me, and I am going to tell the later shift about her. They are familiar with me and they have never given me an issue. I am also going to tell corporate. I usually work nights, and decided to pick up a morning shift. I don't deserve to be treated like this neither does anyone else, and I have been working in the area and shopping here for almost 6 months. I won't be back.

I hate Jimmy John's. Only reason I came on was that Kewpees was closed. Ordered a sandwich on French bread because they said in the menu it was toasted, but then I didn't explicitly say toasted and got a cold crappy sandwich.
Don't have anything with bacon. It's limp and cold.

Quick food sometimes good but the staff doesnt seem to like to clean up. So if I walk in and it looks up kept I try back another time to prevent potential food borne illness. Word to the wise for management cleanliness and profitablity are related concepts in the world of restaurants.
