Lately though the service at this location feels like it's going downhill, I constantly get items made wrong, have the wrong donuts given to me, or find that my coffee is always missing the extras such as the whip cream and drizzle. I honestly wouldn't recommend mobile pick up at this location anymore because the coffee was 3/4 full, they subsituted the cheese on my two breakfast sandwiches with no warning or heads up, and gave me the wrong donuts. It used to be easy to report the issues through the mobile app but it has said "under maintenance" for the live chat feature for over 2 months, it just feels like dunkin really doesn't care that they aren't even trying to offer decent service.
