- MRMaria Rabi2 days ago1.0I went in to buy one donut for my granddaughter. The store is empty and there is one or two people in the drive thru. There are 2 people working, I wait for someone to acknowledge me but no one does, I wait and wait at still no one says anything. Finally I ask if someone can help me and one girl making coffee turns around and says something and I say, I only need one donut, she rolls her eyes and sighs loudly, I’m fed up by this point and tell her that I’m sorry for bothering you and I don’t want anything anymore. This is not the first, second or third time this has happened. Management needs to do better hiring people and training staff.

I had a big order this morning and since they have messed up our orders in the past, I went in and made sure everything was correct… spoiler alert: it wasn’t. I asked them to remake a sandwich that they got incorrect and the MANAGER took my sandwich and whipped it into the trash can aggressively. This is no way to treat paying customers and the franchisee should be embarrassed of their employees. Truly abysmal service. I hope someone sees this at corporate and addresses this issue. Do better. Oh!!! And they forgot our straws.
