  This review is for management/corporate. I waited in the drive-through for 35 to 40 minutes. Luckily, I had the time to do this and I am a very patient person. You are very overwhelmingly understaffed. I eventually went inside to order knowing that it would be easier for the employees. The stress that your staff is enduring should be meant for neurosurgeons not barista at a Dunkin’ Donuts. I believe that I had even witnessed one or two people quit this morning. My heart goes out to these three employees that I’ve seen busting their butts, trying to fulfill orders and keep people happy. They did not deserve this type of morning or day at work. I can’t even imagine What it was like for them. After ordering, I received my food very quickly And a short older woman thanked me handover foot for my patience. It is not about their ability to do their job. It is about the ability of a manager scheduling, Hiring and managing this location. I know this building is relatively new and I do not want to see it go under. I also don’t want to see entry level. Staff be under this much pressure. A big thank you to the Bruce is working Monday morning trying to help us all get the energy to go to work parent kids and get through our day. You are a real champions. I urge you to find a job somewhere else maybe be across the street at seven brew

  I wanted to order something but it seems like this store is always out of alot of things.i ordered a chai latte and it basically tasted like I was drinking milk..definitely will start going to the other locations

  Took 5 minutes to explain to worker upfront what 2 dozen donuts is. Getting 2 box of donuts today was way harder than it needed to be 🤣🤣🤣. Then another worker comes out and says if they get too busy either close down drive thru or front as she rolled her eyes

  I went in to buy one donut for my granddaughter. The store is empty and there is one or two people in the drive thru. There are 2 people working, I wait for someone to acknowledge me but no one does, I wait and wait at still no one says anything. Finally I ask if someone can help me and one girl making coffee turns around and says something and I say, I only need one donut, she rolls her eyes and sighs loudly, I’m fed up by this point and tell her that I’m sorry for bothering you and I don’t want anything anymore. This is not the first, second or third time this has happened. Management needs to do better hiring people and training staff.
