When given the wrong item another staffer said “that is all we have” and made zero attempt at an apology or correction. Some people are not built for customer service and should probably not be in that position. Boss, hire or train people to be people centered if you want them to come back.

They are always busy you'd think they'd be used to it. I work in the food industry so I understand being busy but i've came here so many times and have never had a different experience. teaching some patience and kindness could go along way at this location <3

Told the worker I only got one sandwich and she said “no I put them both in there” as I was literally holding the single sandwich they had given me. She then proceeded to make me the wrong sandwich and flatten and smoosh it down. It’s honestly the most unappetizing sandwich I have seen because I can tell it was hand pressed flat and made out of anger even though there wouldn’t have been a problem if the job would have just been done right the first time. Instead it just never got done right
