Food was cold, service was poor, and overall experience was unacceptable. Management needs to review billing and tipping practices immediately. This place is completely unethical and I will be sure to never return.
- JPJ POct 23, 20253.0The front door rarely closes, we got seated near the door and it was freezing, slow service even with a reservation, husband’s order was given to someone else so he had to wait for them to make it again. The game room is much smaller than the Livonia location, and the menu seems shorter. The games were fun but so many either not working or kept breaking. The waiter and the game room floor workers were the best part of the experience. Not sure we will go again any time soon.
