  We have had Angelo as a server many times and he is absolutely wonderful, kind, super efficient and our orders are always hot and always right!!! Nothing has ever been missing or wrong- he really loves his job and his customers. We will only sit in his section bc we really enjoy our experience /dinner when he is there. Angelo Rocks!!!!

  Last night we had a 6 pm reservation we arrived early to- first they said it would be 30 min for that, and then they found a table that was right by the door. It was 20 degrees out so naturally it was freezing, and probably open because nobody wanted it. We sat and then realized we should ask to move. When I walked over to the host- he was incredibly unprofessional and clearly didn’t know how to handle a customer request. Or customer service in general. I told him we were totally fine waiting a bit since it was obviously a busy night. All he said was the wait was an hour and a half. Mind you, we had a reservation for 6 pm and it still wasn’t 6 yet. After back and forth and no solutions or help at all from him, I had enough and our family left. That was our first time at this location and we won’t be back. With that experience alone, we’d much rather visit other restaurants in that area, where we know the service is quality.

  Horrible service, food was cold, took forever to get my drinks, would not recommend anyone, everything was overpriced.

  My wife and I wanted to take our kids out for some fun after some sledding earlier in the day, Dave and Busters it is. The atmosphere was great, clean, fun, wasn't too busy on Sunday when we went. Kids had fun, we won a bunch of tickets and kids got some decent prizes. We decided to trade in 12,000 of our tickets for the trade in your tickets for food and beverage vouchers. Thats where things kind of went downhill. At first our waitress was great, when she approached us and took our order but thats where it kind of ended. She came back once after seeing our kids empty drinks 4-5 different times (not busy at the time). Finally she stopped and asked how things were and i said the kids would like some refills please. I got chicken wings and they came out cold, like they were sitting there waiting for someone to bring the food to us. I asked the waitress for our bill and she just sat this checkout device on our table and walked away with no explanation, ok, I can figure it out but I had vouchers that I needed to redeem. Tracked down the manager and gave them to him since our waitress was MIA again. He was super helpful. I called today and wanted to order takeout and finish using up our vouchers and the phone line says press 2 to place an order for carryout. I did that and waited 8 minutes for someone to answer just to tell me that I have to order online (cant because i cant redeem vouchers), come in or doordash. Please take the option off the phone system if its not a functioning option. Walked in waited 5 min for a hostess to approach me, sat down at the bar to place my order, waited another 5-7 min for someone to approach me. Bartender was real nice and she was the only one working the bar. I placed my order and when I brough it back to work (currently was on lunch break), I got the wrong burger....... I can understand a mess up once but this is the second mess up in 2 days. I will not be dining here again, with the high prices and what seems to be lack of care with quality service, Ill bring my kids to enjoy the games and prizes but will find another place to dine.

  We had a really good time here. The facility is really nice and clean. The only problem is that we were charged twice and instead of being able to speak with someone directly at this location, I had to talk to someone from a call center and they couldn’t even help me right away. I had to give them my information for someone else to call and help me writhing 24-48 hours. Dave and Busters is not cheap, so having to wait for my issue to be addressed is really inconvenient. On top of that most refunds take days to hit your account anyways so I probably won’t see that money for another week. Wouldn’t be a problem if it was something else, but we spent a good amount of money there that we will probably need before we get it back.
