I bought this same food last week at the Arby's on MLK in Lansing, Michigan all of which was cold. Tonight I thought I would try the one on West Saginaw and it was the same story. I specifically asked for hot fries, but unfortunately, it was the same story. I don't want a free meal, I just wanted to let you know because this is how businesses fail. Goodbye.
