    Workers were pleasant and helpful. Place was very tidy. Food was delicious. I highly recommend this Arby's.

    If I could give this place less than one star I would. At 10:30pm on Dec. 9th we place an order for 4 sliders and a small fry. They tell us to park and they will bring our order out, it’s snowing and only one other car is there with us but the car in front didn’t pull up very far so we were really close and didn’t have room, yes no one was behind us so we just stayed in the line instead of backing up to go park. The girl comes back to the window and said you need to park so we explained the car didn’t give us enough room if she wanted us to back up we would, with an attitude she says you must not know how fast food works, we are on a timer and shuts the window and walks away. We back up and park… 15 minutes later we are like you have to be kidding me. What’s taking so long? So we pull up back up to the window because NO ONE ELSE was in line and she opens the window and hands us our food. Horrible customer service!!

    Chicken sandwiches were dry and old. I would've waited for fresh chicken if I have known Next time I will request fresh chicken.
