I walked into Arby’s on MLK, calmly approached the counter, and before I could even place an order, management told me I was denied service. The reason? I previously left a bad review.
Let that sink in.
Denying service to a customer out of retaliation for criticism is wildly unprofessional, unethical, and a clear sign of poor management. The manager Mr.ArZJon Horton was openly rude, dismissive, and confrontational, and the staff followed the same tone instead of de-escalating or acting like professionals.
This wasn’t about behavior, disruption, or policy. This was about ego and punishment. Businesses don’t get to blacklist customers because they don’t like feedback. Reviews exist because customers are allowed to speak honestly about their experiences.
If this is how management operates—emotionally, vindictively, and without basic customer service standards—then people deserve to know before spending their money here.
