  usually i’m not one to complain, but i had a doordash order and received my sandwich with a huge chunk of the croissant missing. i understand being busy or understaffed, but if you’re out of something then just 86 it please…or require proper training so the quality is actually there.

  Waited 20 minutes for my sandwich and it tasted and smelled burnt / like gas. Looked it up and I guess it happens when they don't change the parchment paper in the oven between orders.

  8:30 in the morning, only two people working. Stood at the counter for over five minutes without even being acknowledged or looked at. Ended up just walking out.

  I'd rather drive out of the way and go to the Okemos location or one off Holt road. Service at this one is not great and they are incredibly slow compared to other locations. They have people sit at the speaker one by one waiting for someone to greet them and place their order rather than having someone stationed for order taking to keep the line moving. This is especially annoying for those who placed an online order, makes you wonder how long our food items have been waiting because they take 5 minutes to simply move the line between each customer. Our order was placed at 11:29am and I'm writing this review at 11:50, still waiting behind one other car at the speaker who hasn't even began placing their order. What's going on??? Someone needs to evaluate this location heavily. What's worse is being stuck in this line when you're now running late for something because we have been sitting in this line stuck between cars for 20+ minutes. I would like a refund since we had to leave without our food, the person at the speaker couldn't even tell us if our food was ready but states they are so busy. How? When we pulled around the white car infront of us was no longer there. How are you busy if you take 10-15min for each order? Are you napping in between each?
