I ordered a large coffee and clearly said I wanted “5 and 5” — 5 sugars and 5 creams. There was only one person inside and me at the drive-thru, but somehow it still wasn’t remembered. I ended up with a coffee without sugar, drove off, and now I have to throw it away because I can’t drink it. I understand that mistakes can happen, but they really shouldn’t. I can understand if someone is having a bad day, not feeling well, or just being distracted — but why does this keep happening to me?
