  My drink isn’t filled all the way to the top. So on top of having a lot of ice in there, I get less drink on top of that, I haven’t taken a single sip out of this yet. If this was a one time thing I’d be one thing, but this has happened several times, and I will no longer be purchasing beverages from Dunkin from here on.

  It's a Dunkin'. The service was pretty good. And the new energy refreshers are tasty.

  I come here every morning despite how terrible they are trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I order the same thing ever day like clockwork and yet they are always out of so many things. If you know consistently certain folks come everyday would t you be sure to stock appropriately. There are always new employees that do not fully understand how to do the job. The drive thru takes forever, they are unable to wait on someone at the window and take an order at the same time. I've asked for my drink to be modified they tell me it is a premeasured thing and yet when I order the same thing every day 3 out of 5 times a day it is different how can that be if it's a premeasured item. Today I am told they have no eggs for a sandwich so I then get a bagel and cream cheese cut in half from the drive thru. As I'm driving down the road and go to eat my food I open the bag and they just thru the bagel not cut in half in with a container of cream cheese and a knife. How am I supposed to make my own food while driving that's the point of going to a drive thru. Now they don't even make the food anymore There is never a manager to be found ever. This location needs an overhaul and needs a manger there everyday to ensure service, inventory and performance. I dream of being able to run this place and make it a thousand times better.

  For the managers, I think it's very poor management that there are only 2 people on a Monday morning, a guy in the oven and the girl in the drinks, it's stressful for them and for the consumers.
