  The cookie brownie that I received looked like they just took random pieces and put them together to make the nine pieces. It didn't look like it came out of the pan and got cut all at once. Pieces are broken, and it didn't look fresh at all. I was really looking forward to a treat after work, and now I wasted my money on something I'm not going to eat. Absolutely disappointing.

  I ordered online, apparently they didn’t have the soda I wanted which is fine. I had a missed call and tried to call back multiple times, everytime the phone would answer I would hear nothing at all. The driver got here and I heard him dropping each item I ordered on the ground (rude but whatever) I call the store and finally reached somebody to tell them that we got the wrong soda, the person on the other end told me “it’s yours to do whatever you want with” not “I’m sorry, do you want me to refund?” I’ve worked here before and I know that you can give credit at the very least. It’s just a soda so it’s not a big deal in that sense but they were very dismissive and gave excuses and offered no option to make it right…

  We always get pizza from this store because it’s the same every time…..FANTASTIC!!!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

  I am in disbelief of the manager, Mike they have on duty 10/13/21 at 10 PM. Employee David is not any better. Sent me the wrong order twice! Then says they cannot do anymore. I just wanted my money back at that point and David asked if I wanted store credit or refund. I said refund. Then comes back and says the manager cannot give a refund! After asking repeatedly to speak to manager, Mike comes on and is very rude, immature, and not professional at all. Says nothing he can do he replaced the parm knots but couldn’t replace the hot cheese sauce that is new on the menu. He hung up on me when I asked for his name. Called back and he answered all immature with the staff in the background laughing, mind you Mike is suppose to be a manager. I had to call back 5 times before he finally gave me his name and told me to Call Sam on 10/14. I honestly am not ordering from this location or Dominos again: they can see my history (weekly ordering) for the family. Not a single time more. I will update when I speak with Sam.

  The barbecue chicken pizza is the best I can find. After Cluckers pizza shut down in Kalkaska this is the closest I have found to their bbq pizza.
