Went back to the restaurant and the employee just separated the tacos and put them in a bowl which is fine but when I got home the taco shells were so soggy that I had to throw the shells away and put the contents in a bowl. If I wanted a bowl I would have ordered a bowl. Im not going back as I feel the employee should have offered to remake my order as it had been 30 minutes since I placed my order, I get it was my fault for not noticing that the tacos were all there but it was so messy and squished together it seriously looked like they attempted to put all of the contents into one taco. But I am a paying guest and my tacos were cold and soggy at that point and it was a sincere misunderstanding. I have been going to this Chipotle since I moved here 4 years ago and have never felt so unseen as a paying guest. She was kind enough to offer me the guac I wanted to order (only accepting cash and I only had a card on me) for free, she said she would put it on her employee meal which was very kind. I dont know, I just had a really terrible experience with the food itself.
